Sensing drones by the radio they must emit to fly — even when they broadcast nothing.

Every drone emits radio to fly: a control link on 2.4 GHz, a video downlink on 5.8 GHz, or telemetry on 900 MHz. RF-spectrum sensors sweep those bands and flag the signature of an airborne transmitter — including FPV rigs and modified aircraft that stay silent on Remote ID. The costs: higher false-alarm rates in Wi-Fi-dense environments, weaker identity evidence, feature libraries that need ongoing updates, and budgets from $3,500–15,000.
