1. What Ridfinder provides
Ridfinder provides independent advisory services: requirements screening, selection reports with fixed scope, and supplier introductions. Content on this site is general information, not a warranty of any product’s performance. Detection equipment described here does not stop or disable aircraft, and no statement on this site should be read as such a promise.
2. Payment and delivery
Paid services are quoted with a fixed scope before payment. Reports are delivered by email within the timeframe stated in the quote. If a delivered report misses a constraint you provided in writing, we will rework it or refund it.
3. Referral disclosure
Where a referral arrangement with a supplier exists, we disclose it to you in writing before sharing your details. Product availability, warranties and fulfilment are governed by the identified seller’s terms, not ours.
4. Limitation of liability
Ridfinder’s liability for any claim relating to its services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
