What we collect

Only what you submit through the contact form: name or organisation, work email, country, and your requirement text. Server logs kept by the hosting provider for security are covered by the provider’s retention policy.

How it is used

To reply to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell enquiry data, and there is no marketing list you are added to without asking.

Sharing

Your details are shared with a supplier only after you approve the specific introduction — in writing, with the recipient named.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for correction, or ask for deletion at any time via the contact page. EU/UK residents have statutory rights under GDPR; requests are answered within 30 days.
