Warranty and return terms depend on the supplying vendor and are stated in writing on every quote. As the selection advisor, Ridfinder coordinates the claim, but the product warranty is the manufacturer’s commitment.

Before you buy, get in writing

• Warranty length and what it covers (DOA, firmware faults, antenna damage)
• Return shipping responsibility in each direction
• Replacement turnaround commitment
• Firmware update duration
