Ridfinder Ranger
Handheld Remote ID receiver for field teams — sweep an area, identify the aircraft, log the pilot’s take-off point.
What Ranger does
- Receives Remote ID broadcasts on foot, from a vehicle or at a fixed vantage point
- Logs aircraft serial, model, position and the pilot’s take-off location with timestamps
- Exports detection logs for your reports and case files
- Covers the RID standards in your market — full decode matrix on request
What it will not do
Ranger sees aircraft that broadcast Remote ID. It does not detect non-broadcasting aircraft, and it does not stop or disable anything in the air — no detection product does. If your threat includes modified or FPV aircraft, ask us about combining it with an RF-spectrum layer.
Full specifications, pricing and availability: provided on request with written quotes. Vendor-reported figures are labelled as such and carry a check date.
Ask for the Ranger specification pack.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. The hardware works fully offline — local logging, local alerts and the web UI all function without any subscription. Optional cloud services (correlation across nodes, history, integrations) are add-ons, never a requirement.
